Eyelid surgery
I had an eyelid correction and my experience has been nothing but excellent. The care felt warm and personal, much more so than in hospitals or larger clinics. The procedure itself turned out to be far easier than expected, and it was clear it was carried out by an expert. I am also very happy with the result. Recovery was remarkably quick, with hardly anything visible after just two weeks.

Dr David Jairath, plastic surgeon, performed an upper eyelid correction for me. After a clear and friendly consultation, an almost painless procedure and a smooth recovery with a beautiful result, I am more than satisfied. The communication was very pleasant, by email and phone. Questions were answered immediately, even after the procedure. I should have done this years earlier! The photo was taken right after the stitches were removed and the swelling and small wounds will decrease, but I am already very satisfied.

Plastic surgeon David Jairath performed an upper eyelid correction for me. The initial consultation was clear and friendly, the treatment itself was virtually painless (only a brief moment of discomfort from the anaesthetic), and the results were immediately visible once the plaster and stitches were removed. I am more than satisfied. At the same time, Dr Jairath kindly closed a small hole in my cheek at no extra cost. Whenever I had questions by email or phone, I received a very quick reply or a call back. All in all, a very positive experience. I only wish I had done this years earlier!

After earlier very positive experiences with Dr Jairath at his previous location, I am delighted that he has continued his practice at the new, beautiful clinic. I was already familiar with the effects of the treatment, but to summarise once again: the procedure was quick, the atmosphere relaxed and the result excellent. The anaesthetic was a bit uncomfortable, but the treatment itself was easy to tolerate. I did experience quite a heavy bleed afterwards, caused by the blood thinners I take. Although I had stopped taking them two days beforehand, it seems there was still some left in my system. Stopping earlier was not an option, as I had previously suffered a TIA and there was a risk of it happening again. Despite this, I am very happy with the result and also with the doctor’s kindness.

I recently went to Dr David Jairath for an upper eyelid correction. After a clear and professional consultation, I was able to have the procedure scheduled quickly. Although I felt a little nervous beforehand, David kept me distracted by chatting during the operation, and it was over before I knew it. His many years of experience inspire great confidence. Two weeks ago, I had a lower eyelid correction carried out by David, the surgeon. He performed the procedure with great skill. I was quite nervous beforehand, but during the operation I was put at ease with calm music in the background and pleasant conversations. The time passed quickly, and everything I went through felt much easier. Recovery is also going well — after two weeks I’m already feeling fine. Of course, it takes patience to see the final result, but I’m confident it will turn out beautifully.

Piercing holes removed around my mouth. Mr Jairath is friendly, explains things clearly and takes his time. I was very nervous and he was very patient with me and not rushed, which you often experience in other clinics where it feels a bit like an assembly line. Ik ben voor de 2e keer geholpen aan een ooglidcorrectie door dr. Jairath de 1e keer was 17 jaar geleden .
Nu 3 weken geleden weer en ben weer heel blij met het resultaat. Het ziet er nu weer een stuk frisser uit. Hij is een zeer vriendelijke en kundige chirurg en je voelt je erg op je gemak bij de intake en behandeling.

Last week I had an eyelid correction done. I could be helped quickly after the intake. Clear explanations and David makes you feel very comfortable. During the procedure he talks to you and explains what he is doing. After 1 week the stitches were removed and I also received good aftercare instructions. I can recommend the clinic to everyone.

I was a bit nervous beforehand about my lower eyelid surgery, but that turned out to be completely unnecessary. The surgeon and assistant were so friendly and professional that I immediately felt at ease. David has a great deal of experience, which gave me a lot of confidence. After just one week, when the stitches were removed, I could already see a clear difference and most of the bruising had disappeared. I am incredibly happy that I took this step!

The doctor genuinely listened to me and took all the time I needed at each visit. He is truly interested in the person behind the patient and asks thorough questions about why and how you want something done. He also communicates well and quickly by email. He is down to earth, gives honest advice about expensive creams, and doesn’t perform treatments that are not yet necessary.
I had my marionette lines filled and the result looks incredibly natural nobody can tell. I still have an asymmetrical mouth, but now that my chin is once again in balance with my face, I have a much friendlier appearance. I also had my upper eyelids corrected a week ago, and I am already very happy with the result. I hope it will become even better as it continues to heal.

After doing a lot of research, I ended up choosing Klinik Het Bolwerk. I have quite a few moles on my face that I wanted to have removed. For me, it’s very important that this is done as beautifully as possible, cosmetically speaking. The procedure was done a little over two weeks ago, and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the size of the scars. I can see that the doctor used the smallest possible method to remove my moles. I really appreciate this, because it will help the result look as good as possible. Next month, I will have the remaining moles removed, as I am very happy with the current progress. In addition, I find the doctor very trustworthy, friendly, and social. All bonus points!
