About David Jairath

David Jairath is an experienced plastic surgeon with more than 15 years of experience in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. He completed his studies in Medicine and specialization in plastic surgery at the University of Amsterdam. During his training he did several internships, including at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital and the Red Cross Hospital, where he was involved in the aftercare of the Volendam disaster.

After his training, Dr. Jairath worked for many years at the Spaarne Hospital, where he focused on breast reconstruction, trauma, hand surgery and general plastic surgery. Today, he puts his expertise to work at Kliniek het Bolwerk, where he provides personal attention and high-quality care to his patients.

Dr. Jairath is a registered member of the Dutch Society for Plastic Surgery (NVPC) and the Dutch Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (NVEPC), and he is affiliated with the International Society of Plastic Surgery (IPRAS).

The anesthesia was disappointing. The treatment was tolerable. I had significant post-procedure bleeding, which was caused by the blood thinners I take. I stopped taking them two days prior, but apparently, some residue remained in my system.
