At Kliniek het Bolwerk, we find it extremely important that our clients leave our clinic satisfied.

However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with the result of the treatment you have undergone, with the treatment by our staff or with other issues you have encountered within our clinic. We will always strive to achieve an optimal result and try to find a solution if this is not the case. You can count on us to take your complaint seriously at all times.

Discussing or filing a complaint gives us the opportunity to work with you to find a solution. It also helps us to improve our service in our clinic. In the first instance, we always advise you to discuss the complaint with the person to whom your complaint relates. If you have a complaint about one of the specialists, but do not wish to discuss it with that person, it is always possible to consult one of the other specialists about it. We will do our utmost to reach an appropriate solution through this route.

It is possible that after consultation within the clinic between you and the person charged, or after speaking with one of the other staff members, a satisfactory solution to your complaint may not be found. In that case, a grievance procedure exists.
