Eyelid surgery
I am extremely satisfied with my eyelid surgery by David Jairath. Because I had already had eyelid surgery in the past, I had a good idea of what to expect. That is exactly why this experience stood out as so positive.
David Jairath is a very skilled and professional surgeon, but what really sets him apart for me is how approachable and involved he is. He takes plenty of time to explain everything clearly, listens carefully to your questions and is also easy to reach after the procedure. That gave me a lot of confidence and a sense of safety throughout the whole process.
The aftercare is also excellent. You notice that you as a patient really come first and that there is genuine attention to a good recovery. Questions are answered quickly and kindly, which is very reassuring.
I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend David Jairath to anyone considering eyelid surgery. A skilled surgeon with a pleasant, personal approach and excellent aftercare. I am very happy with my choice and the lovely result.

I am so happy with the result of my treatment with Dr Jairath. I came for a lip correction because of scar tissue, and from the first consultation I immediately had a very pleasant and trusting feeling.
Dr Jairath is a true craftsman through and through. His eye for detail, precision and professionalism immediately give you the confidence that you are in the best hands. He takes all the time you need, listens carefully to your wishes and explains everything clearly and calmly. His assistant also deserves a big compliment. She is extremely friendly, involved and caring and puts you completely at ease from the very first moment.
The procedure was carried out very skilfully and the result already looks better than I had dared to hope. The aftercare is also excellent. Everything is explained clearly and you can tell in every way that the work is done with genuine attention and love for the profession. Eyelid surgery
I went to Mr Jairath for eyelid surgery and I am extremely satisfied with the whole process.
From the first consultation through to the operation and the aftercare, everything felt professional, clear and trustworthy. Mr Jairath is a very skilled doctor with a great deal of knowledge and experience. He knows exactly what he is talking about, puts you at ease and gives honest, good advice.
As far as I am concerned, the procedure and guidance were absolutely worth 5 stars. I am very happy with the result of the correction, my complaints have gone and I feel a lot better for it.

Eyelid surgery
During the intake consultation with Mr David Jairath I already had a good feeling about it. He explained clearly what the procedure involved. After the intake I also received additional information by email. The procedure itself was very relaxed. He explained everything step by step during the procedure. Everything is done under local anaesthetic. We had a really nice conversation during the procedure and before you knew it the treatment was over. I received clear information on what to do after the procedure. After a week the stitches were removed. I am very satisfied with the final result.

At Kliniek het Bolwerk, we do not share “before and after” photos of our eyelid surgery procedures. We do this out of respect for the privacy of our clients. Although we like to show the results of our treatments, we are not allowed to share medical information and photos without permission.
However, clients can discuss their own before and after photos with us during their intake. This way we like to give an honest picture of what clients can expect from us. This without going into individual treatments without permission.
Kliniek het Bolwerk is located in Haarlem and serves patients from the nearby region, that is, a large part of North Holland. Most patients come from the area of Haarlem, Heemstede, Bloemendaal, Velsen, Beverwijk, Hoofddorp and Amsterdam.
In doing so, most patients come from a radius of about 30 minutes’ drive around Haarlem. This means that we treat patients from Alkmaar in the north to Hillegom/Leiderdorp in the south.
Should you live far outside this area, you are of course still welcome. In that case, we try to offer consultations via video calling, so that patients from further away can also be helped.
Our primary focus is on North Holland, but of course everyone is welcome. Anyone wishing to come to us for plastic or cosmetic treatments is welcome at Kliniek het Bolwerk.
