At Kliniek het Bolwerk, only procedures that can be performed under local anesthesia are performed. These include eyelid corrections, removal of skin defects, scar corrections. Of course, you are also welcome at the clinic for injectables.

New clients are welcome. Our waiting times for initial consultation and also treatment are short. An initial consultation can usually be done within a few days, treatment in a few weeks.
No, you do not need a doctor’s referral to make an appointment. Non-insured plastic surgery care is free. The treatment is also not reimbursed by the insurer.

We will take photographs of you. These photos are used to plan the surgery. So they are an important part of your treatment which will improve the result.
Your photos are securely stored in the medical record. Only your practitioner can view these photos. Security and privacy are thus guaranteed.
We do not, unfortunately, have an elevator to the second floor.
If you cannot join us on the second floor, we will do our best to come to you. Consultations can be done via a secure video link and for treatment we will see if a space is available at one of our neighbors on the first floor. You can come to the front door by car. We find a solution for everything.

Sometimes you may be unable to attend. We appreciate it if you let us know in time. Then we can make someone else happy with your place. Changes in consultations can also be arranged by yourself
If you are unable to attend a procedure, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointed date. We will then try to call someone from the waiting list for treatment. If you do not notify us 24 hours before the procedure, we will be obliged to charge you.
In accordance with the code of conduct on behalf of the NVPC, we charge a fee for an initial consultation. If you book a treatment within a period of 3 months after the consultation, we deduct this consultation fee from the cost of the treatment.
The costs for the various treatments are listed inset overview of rates. These are prices for the entire treatment. We are transparent in this.
Treatment fees should be remitted no later than 48 hours before treatment. Payment by PIN is also possible.
All medical records are securely stored in our medical record. This file is not shared with others including your primary care physician.
